Therapy for Adults
Therapy is open to all adults, with a special focus on women experiencing self-doubt, overthinking, and life transitions.
Sessions are offered via secure telehealth and are designed to help you gain clarity, regulate emotions, and move forward with greater confidence and self-trust.

You do not need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. Many clients seek support because they feel “stuck,” mentally exhausted, or disconnected from themselves despite functioning well on the outside.
How I Work
Therapy with me is conversational, compassionate, and practical. I create a warm, non-judgmental space where you can explore what’s happening internally while gaining tools to apply in daily life.
I tailor treatment to each client using evidence-based approaches, including:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
CBT helps identify and change unhelpful thought patterns, beliefs, and behaviors that contribute to anxiety, depression, and emotional distress. We focus on increasing awareness, building flexibility in thinking, and developing healthier responses to stress.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
EMDR is a trauma-informed approach that helps people process past experiences that may still be affecting them today. EMDR involves gentle, guided movement that can help the brain reprocess distressing memories. Like any therapy approach, it’s used thoughtfully and collaboratively based on individual needs and readiness.
Mindfulness-Based Approaches
Mindfulness strategies support greater awareness of thoughts, emotions, and bodily sensations without judgment. These tools can reduce reactivity, improve emotional regulation, and create a stronger sense of presence and calm.
Rather than using a one-size-fits-all method, I integrate these approaches based on your goals, needs, and readiness.
