I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and overthinking, as well as women navigating life transitions. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Master's in Public Health (MPH), offering practical, down-to-earth therapy.

My Approach

I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and mindfulness-based approaches to meet you where you are and help you feel more centered and secure.

Sessions are collaborative and focused, helping you move from survival mode toward greater ease, confidence, and self-trust. You’ll leave each session with clear next steps and practical tools you can use in daily life.

Insurance

I am an out-of-network provider, which means clients pay directly for sessions. Many insurance plans offer partial reimbursement for out-of-network mental health services.

Upon request, I can provide a superbill, which is a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurance company to request reimbursement.
