I provide online therapy for New Yorkers balancing demanding careers, fast-paced environments, and high personal expectations. Our work focuses on helping you slow racing thoughts, feel more grounded in your daily life, and move through decisions with greater clarity and steadiness.

A significant part of my practice is supporting women navigating transitions in career, identity, and family, especially when those shifts bring up self-doubt or chronic overthinking. Together, we look at the patterns driving that stress so you can move beyond just getting through the day and toward lasting resilience.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

CBT helps you identify and change unhelpful thought patterns, beliefs, and behaviors that contribute to anxiety, depression, and emotional distress.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

EMDR is for people who want to work through past experiences that still affect them today. EMDR is a trauma-informed approach that helps you process memories safely and at your own pace.

Mindfulness-Based Approaches

Mindfulness practices help you notice your thoughts, emotions, and physical feelings without judgment. These skills can reduce reactivity, ease stress, and support a greater sense of calm and presence in daily life.

★ You do not need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. Many people seek support because they feel “stuck,” mentally exhausted, or disconnected from themselves despite functioning well on the outside.
